Great vue! Cocktails are fine. You pay for admission which includes 1 drink. This works fine! Drink was good, they had a nice band playing & was pleasant. Just had hoped for more sophisticated cocktails, but they are operating in a pretty small space

The view is beautiful and the place is cute. It's a shame that the customer service is truly lacking for the level the place aspires to. We waited over 15 minutes for cocktails. In the end, we had to pick them up at the bar, otherwise who knows how much longer we would have waited. They let anyone in, without any minimum screening, and even though the tables are full, they continue to accept walk-ins without notifying guests that there are no available seats. One of the staff members wasn't the friendliest, saying that perhaps it would have been better to find a table first before ordering drinks rather than offering to find us a seat. The prices are high for mediocre cocktails and a limited selection. The uniforms are truly too informal for the quality of the place. The employee at the reception desk at the entrance was polite enough but could have avoided complaining about his job and the evening's workload. Overall, it's not worth a visit. You can certainly find cocktail bars with equally beautiful views and significantly superior service.

Arguably the best view of the shanghai skyline and the bud. Chilled atmosphere during the week. Perfect for a romantic date or catch-up with mates.

My favorite night view spot in Shanghai, having best angle of view over the Huangpu river facing all 3 famous towers in Shanghai. The oriental pearl tv tower is just right at the front. Also seeing clearly the other side of the river all short buildings in yellowish white color under the shine of city lights. Entrance fee is 300CNY inclusive of 1 drink. All drinks (per cup) priced ranging from 1xxCNY onwards. There I are both indoor seating and outdoor seating, of course majority people will go upstairs to the open air view lookout point. Come here by taking the lift to level 32 from Hyatt hotel lobby. Come here early as the view is mainly based on the city lights but the lights will be off after 10pm.

Amazing views over the Bund, but not so impressed by the staff or drinks. My virgin piña colada was nothing to write home about - nothing special at all. The view was what was special. There's a hot tub on the deck which is pretty impressive, but it was more like a foot bath for guests. Looks nice for photos though! Prices are standard for a bar like this. Overall it's a nice addition to the Hyatt on the Bund hotel.
