The best view of Hua Hin, is right here. Phenomenal view. Incredible service. Perfect drinks. Perfect for a night out or special date night. We were amazed. It was a stunning and beautiful restaurant. I took my man here for Father’s Day, and it was superb. A very excellent and remarkable, experience. We LOVED this place. Will be back!

As an American, I’ll admit I did a double take when I realized one of the best rooftop bar and dining experiences in Hua Hin was attached to a Holiday Inn. In the US, that name usually brings a very different image to mind, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Sky Bar and Stella completely exceeded expectations. This is not the Holiday Inn experience Americans may be picturing. The rooftop setting is beautiful, the atmosphere feels upscale, and the attached Italian restaurant feels genuinely high end. It has the kind of view, service, and overall polish you would expect from a much more exclusive hotel. If you’re looking for a stylish rooftop bar, a nice dinner spot, or somewhere that feels special in Hua Hin, don’t let the Holiday Inn name make you hesitate. This place is absolutely worth it.

Stunning Rooftop Views and Outstanding Hospitality The Sky at Holiday Inn Resort is a fantastic rooftop venue in Hua Hin. Located on the 27th floor, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Hua Hin district. The atmosphere is wonderful, making it a perfect spot for a romantic date or a relaxing evening with friends. The terrace is beautifully designed and features a transparent glass section, which is both exciting and a little thrilling to walk on. I highly recommend visiting around sunset, when the scenery becomes truly spectacular and provides countless opportunities for beautiful photos. The staff at The Sky are amazing—always smiling, welcoming, and attentive. If you visit, try to find Noona to help you choose a drink. She is not only an expert at making recommendations but is also incredibly friendly and charming. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary on the night we visited, and Noona made the occasion even more special. She surprised us with complimentary cake and sparkling wine, beautifully presented, and her warm smile and positive energy made the evening truly memorable. I would definitely recommend The Sky to anyone visiting Hua Hin for great views, excellent service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Good place for an experience, but wouldn't repeat. Pros: - beautiful sunset view of the town from high above. - nice vibe with dimmed lights and cheerful, relaxed atmosphere. - some orders can be modified to your taste. We asked to change a chef's assortment sushi to salmon-only sushi, it was done without questions. Cons: - food definitely doesn't match the price in quality and presentation. Hawaiian pizza was brought to us with huge chunks of pineapple on top, not too appetizing 🙂 The sushi didn't look too tidy. - the service could be better (we had to ask and wait for chopsticks for our sushi). - questionable seating arrangement: there are bar-height tables and stools on the patio, but inside you'll have to cope with eating your food from coffee tables. - the music played from the DJ stand at some point becomes too overwhelming.

Oct 2025: made a reservation for 5.30pm. Looking forward to it and were dressed up. Upon arrival, we had to queue for 15 min for the lift because the water park beside the hotel has just closed for the day. We were in the queue among very wet and noisy families. Finally made it up to The Sky and had a sunset view table. It was quiet. Definitely not a dressed up place as many were in shorts and flip flops. Children were allowed up as well. The view was spectacular. And that was the only saving grace. Drinks and food were grossly overpriced. What was supposed to be a sashimi bowl came with some not so fresh tuna sashimi, cooked shrimps and crab sticks! They were all floating in the bowl of melted ice after 10min. Seafood risotto was salty and tenderloin was average. It was a sham. Very disappointed and would not return again
