We stayed 4 nights and thought the service and facilities were impeccable. Strongly recommend this hotel. + Exceptional service from the staff + Main lobby/bar/restaurant are beautifully designed and have wide views of the city + Gold bar downstairs was really cool and had a creative cocktail menu + Good central location with reasonable subway rides to many neighborhoods + Room was spacious and comfortable

We used this hotel for my partner's birthday. The lounge was stylish and full of greenery. The guest rooms weren't particularly spacious, but they were comfortable enough and we were very satisfied. However, the afternoon tea in the lounge, which we had been looking forward to, didn't live up to our expectations (it was just average for the price). Overall, it was a good experience, so that was the only slight disappointment.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived at 8:00 AM—well before the official check-in time—the team at The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon went above and beyond. They graciously provided us with a room where we could rest, shower, and freshen up while our rooms were being prepared. After a long international journey, that thoughtful gesture made an incredible first impression. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and professional. The staff consistently went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their attention to detail was remarkable. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled flawlessly. The location is fantastic, with easy walking access to Toranomon Hills and excellent connectivity to the rest of Tokyo, including Ginza. The views of the Tokyo skyline are stunning, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon to anyone looking for a truly world-class hotel experience.

From the very moment you enter the Edition Toranomon with it’s distinctive scent till check-out a perfect experience. The staff is beyond amazing and friendly. The room spacious, clean and the bed super comfortable. Amazing view of the Tokio Tower from the restaurant/bar and the room as well. Breakfast was tasty and the service accommodating.

We recently stayed 4 nights at the Toranomon Edition during our visit to Tokyo. Pros: We felt very safe in and around the hotel, even returning late in the evening. There is a subway entrance nearby which made getting around the city quick and easy. We also found two great restaurants within walking distance - Balcony on 6th Pancake House (amazing!) and Arigataya (Japanese wagyu steak house, best meal of the trip!) The rooms are large and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The views are stunning! Every evening we turned off the lights, opened the drapes, and took in the cityscape! Room service for breakfast was prompt and tasty with a good variety of options. Cons: Service was inconsistent. At check-in the front desk manager treated us like royalty, acknowledged our Platinum status, escorted us to our room and showed us around. The next day at the restaurant the snooty hostess acted like we were a problem from the minute we walked up. Thankfully the good outweighed the bad, but improvements should be made. The bathroom has opaque doors on the shower and commode rooms that don’t lock or latch. We didn’t love seeing our reflection in the glass door as we used the toilet. The tub is too small to truly relax in, and the tub walls were high enough that getting in and out was a challenge (I’m 5’3”). If you’re traveling with a friend or business traveler just know you can see through the opaque doors. Overall a good experience.

I chose the Tokyo Edition to celebrate my birthday, and it was the best decision I could have made. My stay was absolutely flawless. From the moment you arrive, the staff treats you with a level of warmth and professionalism that goes above and beyond; they truly have a gift for making you feel at home and pampered on such a special occasion. The facilities are stunning, and the view from the 35th floor is hands down the best in the city. The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the entire team made this birthday unforgettable. This is a world-class hotel, and I will definitely be back on my next trip to Tokyo!

Had an amazing time at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway exit. We arrived super early in the morning on the day of, no room available yet but is understandable. The front desk lady Shun (excuse me if I misspelled) was very kind on providing the amenities we needed to freshen up and get going with our day in the city. While being very helpful on any additional needs and recommendations. The facility is beautifully designed, clean and high end vibe with lots of indirect lighting throughout the lobby as well as the rooms. Light wood tone color schemes sprinkled with lots of green in the lobby sitting on 31+ floors with impeccable view of the Tokyo Tower. Its definitely one of the kind The room is high tech, large, with a lot of lights to set the moods. Gym is adequately equipped with weight equipments and not just running or biking machines. Pool is heated, comfortable indoor space, need to make reservation for time slot in order to control the crowd. Overall very pleasant and effortless stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high end property with close proximity to a lot of things around.
