For the price, the food quality and portion sizes were a bit underwhelming and could definitely be improved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although the service was slightly slow. The rooftop view and overall atmosphere are the highlights of the place, making it a great spot to relax. The food menu is somewhat limited, but the drink selection is excellent and offers plenty of variety. Overall, it’s worth visiting for the ambiance and drinks, but the food could better match the pricing.

Food is just okay, while they are expensive. They did not justify the price at all. Disappointing, considering the cost. The cake and drinks, though, were good. The cake has a rich, chocolatey texture, and the refreshments are, expectedly, fruity. The braised beef was too sweet for my liking, while the chicken was too salty. The service is good, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The night view of the city lights is amazing. Overall, not for me. It's an establishment where you pay for the view rather than how good the food is. Please note that this is just our personal experience.

We celebrated our valentine’s dinner date here and availed their Before Midnight promo and tbh I am not satisfied. Food was not that good though the service is 10/10. You have to arrive early if you want to be seated sa balcony. Di na kami uulit we’re not impressed. We did not get what we paid for. 👎🏼 7k+ just for those nahhh (see pics)

Food is just okay, nothing special. The price is on the expensive side. The view, especially at night, is amazing. I hate that some people can smoke and you can literally breathe it. Not suitable for people like me who hate cigarettes/vapes.

We celebrated our anniversary at Penthouse 8747 and it was such a wonderful experience. ❤️ The ambiance was amazing—very cozy and romantic, perfect for a special occasion. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was also great and definitely made our celebration even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic time and we’re really happy we chose Penthouse 8747 for our anniversary celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to celebrate special moments! ✨

This was my second visit and while the food and drinks remain absolutely outstanding, I was a bit disappointed with the service this time. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and the cocktails and wine selection were excellent, but the waitstaff were not very attentive. We had to call several times just to get their attention, and even when asking for the bill, it took multiple attempts with different waiters before it was finally settled. We chose this place to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and while the ambience is stylish and inviting, the slow and inattentive service this visit really brought down the overall experience. Hopefully, this is just a one-time issue, because the food and drinks truly deserve top marks.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The place is really beautiful—cozy and elegant at the same time—yet we didn’t feel intimidated at all. The food was amazingly tasty and affordable, which made everything even better. Definitely a perfect spot for special occasions or simple family moments. Highly recommended!
