Had the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive Moutai tasting at The Lighthouse, paired with a thoughtfully curated Chinese menu. The presentation of the starters was beautiful, especially the abalone, scallop, and Iberico pork char siew. The comforting fish maw soup was another highlight of the meal, and the Ee Fu noodles with egg and crab meat were rich and delicious. We ended on a sweet note with refreshing mango sago and a delicate osmanthus jelly cake. A well-executed dining experience with great food and excellent pairing, best MBS view at the roof top bar too!

From the arrival till the time we left, it was truly a pleasant and special experience. We were warmly greeted by the reception staffs and were guided up to the dining area. Food wise, the main & dessert were so so good and beautifully presented. Definitely worth the buck given the venue with a lot of privacy and a beautiful view. Gave us a really special Valentine’s Day celebration ending off with a rooftop access to have a night view of MBS. Thank you to all the service staffs as well as chefs for making this a beautiful night. No doubt lived up to the reputation for The Fullerton Hotel. Special shoutout to the staff that communicated with me through email - was really pleasant.

We went for dinner and to enjoy a good drink here, with a nice view of the Marina Bay. We also had the pleasure to enjoy the LED Light show from here. The staff is so kind! We got an excellent dinner here. I am a vegetarian, and I really enjoyed the food I got served. The greens were so fresh and tasty, also my starter and the main was so good. I’m definitely coming here again, next time I visit Singapore 😄

Come here because of its history. However the view is not as spectacular as i expect and the place is a bit small. The food is good but the service can be improved. Its not easy to locate the restaurent, you need to take two lifts from lobby in order to reach the Lighthouse. May be that's the fun part.

This is one of the best dining experiences - prime location, exquisite ambiance, fantastic view over the Marina Bay, exceptional quality of food, and last but not least reasonably priced with all the above. For lunch, you can choose from the lunch sets ($39 for two courses, and $49 for three courses) or a la carte. I chose the lobster pasta and the beef cheek, without mention they are Super! One thing you need to pay attention is that it is located on the roof top of the Fullerton Hotel, so you need to take the dedicated elevator to floor “L” after you reach the 8th floor.
