The cost of the observation deck is included in the meal price (naturally). If you don't have a window seat, it might end up being an experience where you only have a meal at an unreasonable price.

We came to celebrate a birthday with friends and had an incredible experience. The views from the Palm Jumeirah are wonderful. The service was fabulous, especially from Ronnie! We really enjoyed all the dishes we tried and loved the executive menu. We highly recommend SushiSamba and will definitely be back.

It’s a place that hit all points at any point of time. You want a premium brunch with all Palm Jumeirah view - you got it. You want sumptuous food and drinks with energetic Brazilian vibes - you got Sushi Samba brunch. You want ambient dinner - you got it. It’s all-solutions place. Love it. 10/10

SUSHISAMBA Dubai was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was vibrant and elegant, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A special thank you to Nightingale, whose warmth, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail made our evening truly memorable. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. A beautiful restaurant, exceptional service, and an experience we would gladly repeat.

I had high expectations for SUSHISAMBA Dubai, particularly considering its reputation, location, and price point. Unfortunately, while the food was excellent, the level of service we experienced was simply not consistent with what one would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. Our bill for two guests came to AED 1,766.99, and at this level, attentive and polished service should be an essential part of the experience. After being seated, we waited approximately 15 minutes without receiving proper attention from our waiter, Yasser. I tried to get his attention several times without a response. I also requested a table change more than once, but the way the request was handled left us feeling overlooked rather than genuinely looked after. Our interaction with Hassan was equally disappointing. We asked him to take a photo for us, and although he did, his manner and communication felt unnecessarily cold and unfriendly. In a venue of this standard, hospitality is not only about serving food; it is about making guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable throughout their visit. I do, however, want to recognise Benji, who was exceptional. He was attentive, warm, professional, and demonstrated exactly the kind of hospitality I would expect from SUSHISAMBA. His service stood out significantly, and I genuinely believe the wider team could learn from his approach to guest care. The food itself was excellent and deserves praise. Unfortunately, when spending nearly AED 1,800 for two people, great food alone is not enough to justify the overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as SUSHISAMBA has all the elements of an outstanding dining destination, but consistency in service is essential at this level. For the food, I would happily give a much higher rating. For the overall experience on this occasion, however, two stars is fair.

SUSHISAMBA on the 51st floor is easily one of the best dining experiences in Dubai. From the moment the high-speed elevator doors open to that breathtaking 360-degree view of the Palm and Dubai skyline, you know you’re in for something special. The vibes are incredible—vibrant music, beautiful interiors under that iconic woven ceiling, and an energetic open kitchen. Highlight dishes for us were the crispy Yellowtail Taquitos, the Wagyu Gyoza, and the signature Samba Roll—every single bite was bursting with flavor. Service was sleek, attentive, and flawless throughout the night. If you're celebrating a special occasion or just want a high-energy luxury night out, this is the spot. 10/10—we will definitely be back

SUSHISAMBA completely lives up to the hype. Located on the 51st floor, the panoramic views of the Palm and the Dubai skyline are absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere is electric, with stunning, lush interiors and a high-energy vibe. As for the food, the fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors is brilliant—the samba rolls, yellowtail ceviche, and black cod were all spectacular. It is definitely on the pricier side and requires booking well in advance, but for a special night out or to impress visitors, it is worth every dirham. Outstanding service, too!

Great time in Sushisamba for today’s lunch. The atmosphere is really perfect, coz we can see the whole view of the palm view, and the other side we can also see the whole view of bluewaters. Amazing view. The Japanese food is very authentic and delicious. Really enjoyed every dish. Service is okay, not very impressive, but it’s fine for us.😁
