They have a very interesting drink concept — they’ve teamed up with LEGO (or something similar), so their drinks incorporate that theme, which is quite cool. However, even though they are tasty, they are incredibly overpriced and very small. I was happy with the taste, but very unhappy with the portion size. It was just way too expensive for what you get. They also added some extra charges at the end.

Great views and drinks, shame about the lackluster service to local customers. Came here with a visitor friend for the good drinks, yummy finger foods, and the view. Spoke Khmer to the hostess at the front, who guided us to our table. But the walk to the table set the tone. I was completely ignored by the staff along the way, who were suddenly overflowing with smiles and greetings for my white friend walking right next to me. I even made sure to dress up because of the dress code ‘requirement’, pretty ironic, considering I passed a white English guy wandering around in flip-flops. When we sat down, another staff member came over, greeted only my friend, and explained the menu entirely in English while completely looking past me, the person who actually brought him there and is paying. Classic. Shoutout to the one staff member who noticed the awkward dynamic, came over to greet me, and took my order in Khmer. But honestly? I’ve been to plenty of high-end bars in Phnom Penh and around the region, and the bias here is loud (sadly similar to some high end places in Southeast Asia tbh). If you're Khmer, expect to be treated like a ghost/second tier paying customers, until a companion speaks up or a nicer staff comes to you. Your staffs need better training.

Sora has amazing views of Phnom Penh along with some of the best interior design and layouts of a bar I’ve ever come across. It was hot and humid when we got there but they had plenty of indoor options . Including an amazing whisky bar and cigar lounge that was being run by Boren. He attended to us with the utmost effort and elevated our experience so much more than what it already was. Curated some of the best cocktails I’ve had and even shared his knowledge and story. Music was great and the small bites from the Japanese restaurant were tasty. We enjoyed a few cigars and spent hours and hours chatting until bed time. I highly recommend Sora rooftop and I hope that you have the privilege of meeting Boren while you’re there.

Nice but super expensive and exclusive. The plate of the miso soup they serve is mini especially for the price. I mean don't get me wrong the view and location is beautiful but the prices are too high compared to other roof top bars with an similar or even better view.

Definitely a top spot for views. My partner kindly treated me to this location for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. Service was top notch, food was great. Topped off with the live singer singing HB. As you can see from the photos, sunset on a good day is amazing. Soft shell crab baos well seasoned and very tasty. Fries with truffle sauce also very good.

The view is phenomenal and the staff and service are unmatched — genuinely super nice. Their manga-inspired menu is incredibly innovative, and I loved that they serve fresh cassava chips and olives with the drinks. Very classy overall and a must-visit in the city. Mostly an expat crowd rather than locals.

Nov 2025 This is the sky bar at the tip of the beak of the penguin tower (aka Vattanac capitol). Drink: There is a free snack (toasted potato) to enjoy with the drink (I like this one. It’s delicious and khmer style as well). I drink mocktails. I forgot what name,but it involves orange. The orange has a taste and smell of a not-fresh orange (you know, when you keep it for a long time and there is a smell) which makes the whole drink not that pleasure.You can check the menu beforehand on rosewoodhotels website. Service: They are friendly, and fast. Atmosphere: It’s at the top of the building already, so of course it's a fresh, wide view of beautiful Phnom Penh City. There’s also an indoor table with a luxury design, privacy and wide view as well. Note: there is a differ entrance from the building. You have to enter through the Rosewood gate. And tell the staff, they will help guide you. There is a dress code: smart and casual, which is understandable.

Our friends recommended this beautiful Rooftop bar at Rosewood hotel for tasty drinks and an amazing view. The service was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting inside and also outside. We had awesome weather so the night we were there was breezy and cool. Not humid at all. However, I found the bartender inside was what we enjoyed for service more. She was knowledgeable and could explain in detail about their drinks and could even do special requests. We really had a great time and I wish we went sooner to do their All you can drink packages.
