Privilege Club at SLS Dubai offers a great experience with beautiful views, good food, and especially attentive service. I visited with a large group and really appreciated how the team adapted the space for us. They arranged the seating and added extra air conditioning so that we could enjoy the view while remaining comfortable, which was a very thoughtful touch. The salad was very good, as was the coffee. A special mention to Kevin, who took excellent care of us throughout our visit. He was cheerful, attentive, always available, and made sure everyone in the group was well looked after. A very enjoyable experience combining great views, good food, and genuinely caring service. Thank you to Kevin and the team for making our time there so pleasant!

SLS Dubai Privilege Club made us feel genuinely valued from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool offers some of the best views of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, while the personalized touches and warm hospitality elevated the entire experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a staycation, the service goes above and beyond. A fantastic luxury experience that keeps us coming back.

Visited for a pool day with a 9:00am reservation. On arrival, the venue was not yet open and no staff were present to assist; we were advised to return later. After waiting around 20 minutes, we were seated at approximately 9:20am, though the venue still appeared to be in the process of opening and preparing for the day. Service was notably slow at the outset. We were seated without any initial interaction—no offer of menus, drinks, or towels—and did not receive a menu until 10:38am. Staff were visibly busy setting up, which likely contributed to the lack of early service, but it did impact the overall experience. Drinks, once ordered, were good. However, due to limited floor service, we often needed to go directly to the bar to place orders, as staff were either infrequently circulating or stretched relative to demand. The setting itself is pleasant, and the view is the standout feature. That said, given the price point and expectations, the experience did not align with the level of service anticipated. There are stronger alternatives in Dubai offering more consistent pool day experiences.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the Privilege Club team in SLS Dubai Hotel for their outstanding service. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, professional, and always supportive. The staff showed great dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. They consistently went above and beyond to assist with any requests, handled matters with efficiency, and maintained a positive attitude throughout. It truly reflects the high standards of hospitality and customer care that the Privilege Club represents. I am very impressed with the team’s (Kevin, Patricia, Ruel, Susi, Tilek, Shriya, Adeel, Chimmy, & Edwin in security) professionalism and commitment, and I look forward to continuing my journey with the Privilege Club. Highly recommended!
