Such a pleasant dining experience! We dined here twice during our visit to the hot springs and the food quality, service, and overall experience were consistently good. On our first visit we ordered the mezze platter and the soft shell crab burger. The combination of crab and avocado is just unbeatable. The mezze platter was nice as well. Plenty of pita bread was provided to scoop up the tasty hummus and baba ganoush. On our second visit, we opted for the fig salad and the pomelo kerabu. Both salads were so light and refreshing. For both visits, we were given complimentary brioche with garlic butter. That bread is amazing. Olive oil, olive tapenade, and pesto were also provided on the side which made the bread even tastier! Service was top notch. We were checked on multiple times throughout our meal to see if we needed anything. The restaurant has indoor dining if it's too hot or an open air section. Such a great restaurant!

We had both a dinner a breakfast. Service very good . Setting pleasant but not that comfortable. Seating was clunky. Food at dinner was good . Local dishes better than western dishes. For breakfast the portions were individual, but you can eat everything if you want. The ricotta pancakes and waffle were a little bland. The vegetables were excellent Update on return visit in September 26. Breakfast has plenty of choice. Expresso was disappointing. 3rd cup they got it right!

For a resort restaurant, it’s great. The pizza was really good by Italian standards (not the best you’ve ever had but better than some I’ve had in Italy, as an Italian). The grilled fish was also very good, and so were the burgers. I was very happy to eat here during my stay at Banjaran.

Second visit to this place. Went in December last year for my husband’s birthday celebration. Overall was good except for the fact that the receptionist seemed not keen to have the guests linger in the lobby and gardens. This time, we made reservation to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday. We experienced the same treatment from the receptionist. This does not feel welcoming at all. No table was ready for us despite prior reservation. Service was poor. Poor staff training. The waitress ushered us to a table beside the pizza stove as no table was available in the AC room. We insisted to be seated away from the stove as it was a very warm evening but she brought us a standing fan instead. After we insisted to be seated away from the stove, she grudgingly and unhappily set up another table with her colleague. Meanwhile, her colleague Daniel was very very obliging, polite and friendly throughout the entire table setup. When we requested to be transferred to the AC room as soon as a table was available, the same waitress showed a sour face and this lasted the whole night she was serving us. However, her attitude was different when she served other tables. We ordered one bottle of champagne and two bottles of wine. In other reputable restaurants, guests are given new wine glasses and decanter for a new different bottle of wine. However, the staff was not trained to change the glasses and decanter and did so only after we requested for it. There was also the fly problem. We found a dead fly on the table just beside our food. On the brighter side, Daniel is highly commendable. He was very polite, friendly and never failed to show a big smile. This should be the attitude all the staff should adopt. Food was good. Enjoyed most of the dishes. Favourite is the nasi lemak pizza, lobster and the steak. Both the wines we ordered were good. We hope the managememt will take our review seriously and improve on the service. This kind of service is unacceptable in a reputable resort, ie Banjaran Hotsprings.

We came here as we got the Banjaran resort Day Pass on Klook that includes a 150RM voucher per person to dine here ⭐️ (get 5% off the Day Pass with “KAILIVENTURESKLOOK”) I would like to compliment the service at this restaurant. We were served by Ruby, who was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. She gave us many suggestions and clarified our concerns throughout. ❤️ We got the chicken rendang, oxtail soup, porcini tagliatelle, ragu pizza, umai (white hamachi fish ceviche), nasi goreng, ocean trout, quinoa. For drinks and dessert we got watermelon juice, kaya pandan tiramisu. The bread they served at the start was so crisp and delightful with the butter and paste. Everything was delicious, especially the oxtail soup and ragu pizza. 3 of us loved the oxtail soup, and ragu pizza was cheesy, crisp and savoury. The hamachi fish was fresh, the chicken rendang came with satay which was really addictive. Kaya pandan tiramisu was soft and light. We felt that the ocean trout was nice but for the price it was slightly underwhelming. We were extremely full as portions were generally quite big. Overall we had a lovely time here, and would recommend it!

Atmosphere is perfect but I must say my experience was disappointing. Breakfast was good, serving freshly prepared cooked food. However staff was limited and non of them was paying attention to the tables that wanted to order more food. Dinner, was equally unpleasant. We ordered the steak and requested it to be medium well. What we got was a hard and dry chunk of meat, after serving the food, the waited just left without even explaining (yes it was different from the dining experience in Jeff’s Cellar, and this was a special celebration dinner) no even simple courtesy to wish ‘enjoy your meal’ just left after placing the plate on the table. The picture shown shows how dry the meat is. It was raining when we were sitting on the candle light dinner area, yet we also have to request and remind several time to the staff to lit the mosquito coil for repelling them. Overall, not too happy with the experience.

A wide variety of dishes for breakfast for overnight guests. You order from the menu and it'll be served to you and you're more than welcome to have second third or fourth helpings! Loved the cold pressed juice where you select your veggies or fruits combo and they'll serve it at your table. Food portion is good, let's just say after breakfast, I can skip lunch 😊

Breakfast was included with our stay and wow, I was blown away by the amazing food and array of breakfast items on display. If you are here on a health retreat, you can hand-pick fresh fruits and vegetables to be juiced for you. If you want to indulge in something a bit naughty, the chef can prepare fresh waffles or crepes with delicious exotic fruit and cream. Eggs can also be cooked however you want it. Jams are homemade. The restaurant itself is located in what can be called a rainforest paradise. You can eat your breakfast with the hot springs in the background. Truly beautiful. The members of staff are very attentive and always taking care of you during breakfast. Can't wait to return.
