The evening at MO Bar was truly unique. The bar is incredibly cozy and offers a fantastic selection of music. The service is exceptionally attentive, and the breathtaking view of Shenzhen's glittering skyline is simply unbeatable. An absolute highlight of the evening!

Great views but that's about it. Cocktails are OK but nothing exceptional. We visited at 6pm on a Wednesday when it was pretty quiet. I was disgusted to find out that they have a minimum spend of 2000 RMB on any table with cushioned back chairs, even small, 2-seat tables - which means that unless your are planning on consuming a large quantity of alcohol, you have to sit in the dark pub style bar or smoking area. Utter greed!

A great place to visit if you come to Shenzhen! The wait on weekends is no joke.
It's so-so, I've been to better bars. The view is good, but the glass isn't very clean. The cocktails are mediocre. They might spill water on your chair and just wipe it off with their hand. It's worth a visit, but don't expect anything special.

Good atmosphere. Cocktails good, but not amazing. Surprised about how highly it's rated for drinks.

Such a hyped-up place, unfortunately, lacks the very basics of training and professionalism in service. I was refilled a glass of Champagne about 1/3 of a normal serving amount (as confirmed by the manager later) by a South Asian looking waiter, who seemed indifferent and confused throughout. What was funnier was that after I complained to a female staff member who appeared to be supervising about the volume of the drink received, she almost treated the incident like a joke and told the waiter to drip "a little more, a little more...". No apologies from either the female staff or the waiter till I raised a further complaint to the manager, who said the water was a trainee. The waiter was later making a loud noise cleaning the table next to us, which was truly annoying. I never thought I had to raise a complaint at a bar or restaurant in the Mandarin chain. Allowing a confused and borderline rude trainee around, serving, with less than competent and insensitive supervising staff, to me, is truly an embarrassment to the Mandarin Oriental chain.

We recently visited Mo Bar in Shenzhen, located on the 79th floor, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The view is absolutely insane — a breathtaking panorama of the entire city. Sitting there and watching Shenzhen light up at night feels almost unreal, like you’re floating above the skyline. What truly makes this place special, though, is the service. The staff were genuinely amazing: incredibly polite, attentive, and respectful. Even after the bar officially closed, we stayed until the very end, and at no point did anyone try to rush us out. They continued to serve us with kindness and professionalism, never once being rude or impatient. You could really feel that they cared about their guests. Mo Bar is one of those rare places where you don’t just come for a drink, but for the whole experience — atmosphere, people, and unforgettable views all coming together perfectly. I highly recommend Mo Bar to anyone visiting Shenzhen. It’s a must-visit spot if you want to enjoy the city from above and experience top-level hospitality.

The best view in Shenzhen with surprising value! The MO Bar is a absolute gem. The location is perfect and the views of the city are unmatched. Despite being in the Mandarin Oriental, the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality of drinks and the atmosphere provided. The service was top-notch - attentive and polite. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shenzhen!
