Was randomly Googling around for somewhere interesting to go at night in Sihanoukville and decided to give Level 22 a try. First impression was good. Nice rooftop setting, pool, city view and a comfortable atmosphere. We sat down for some drinks and sashimi, and it was quite relaxing. But somehow I felt something was missing. 😂 The place itself looks good and has all the ingredients for a great rooftop bar, but the atmosphere just didn't feel as lively as I expected that night. Maybe it was simply the timing or the crowd. Still a nice place to chill, have a drink and enjoy the night view. I wouldn't mind coming back another night to see if the vibe is different.

Best service and best western food I’ve experienced in the entire country. The waiters here are beyond many 5 star hotels in their capacity to orient around the needs and expectations of very different types. The smoked salmon bruschetta was fantastic, with proper olive oil and real Modena balsamico. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the fish and chips were extremely fresh. My only suggestion would be to up the cocktail game because this entire place is incredibly world class but the cocktails are very average.

Excellent place, the best view sky bar in Sihanoukville. The foods and services are really nice. I will recommend this place to my friends to have the best experiences there. ❤️❤️

I ordered two Saigon iced coffees. The ad looks like the second picture, but in reality it’s this sad little cup. After I complained, he said they would replace the pictures. Just another day in paradise—I’m speechless at the rudimentary business practices in Cambodia.

Dear manager in the pink shirt, you'd do better to monitor the quality of the food and how it's served. The avocado sandwich is half a loaf of bread with a light layer of avocado, the tom yum is fish soup with a strange aftertaste... We didn't eat it, and the staff didn't even ask what the problem was. Oh yeah, the situation with the animals is really weird. I live in this building and I've seen customers with pets there more than once. Yesterday, someone at the next table was sitting with a cat... But today, when I walked in with my pet in my arms, the manager ran across the entire room as if I'd walked in with a bear... There are undoubtedly delicious dishes there that are well prepared. I'm adding a review: Why should I inform your staff that the dish they served to a guest is different from the dish on the menu (it's about , specifically an avocado sandwich)? It's their responsibility to monitor this!!! Why didn't your employee tell us I could come in if I put my pet in a carrier? Also, when I returned to the establishment without a pet, your employee completely denied that animals were allowed there, claiming that his boss was absolutely against it??? Oh yeah, and you also didn't forget to complain to the reception about me, which I learned about this afternoon. 😂 Maybe the employees will start doing their job instead of trying to cover for themselves?

I visited this place for the first time. It is located in a rather inconspicuous neighborhood inside a very well-maintained high-rise building. The service is very friendly and efficient. The prices vary, but overall they are reasonable considering that the quality of the food and the ingredients is above average. The restaurant is Western-managed and absolutely recommendable to everyone – whether for breakfast or for warm dishes in the evening. I especially recommend the Russian pelmeni and the seafood noodles. 5 stars plus.
