If you intend to enjoy beer under skybar, their beer is flat. They charge for high price for skybar but bad conditioned beer.

Dropped by impromptu at Cloud23 in Sheraton KK around 5pm . Lucky us there were several outdoor seating available, the weather was not too hot and the sunset was gorgeous. Julia was the F&B host who took care of our table, she made good recommendation for the pizza and also the ladies night (happens on Wednesday, 5 drinks at RM21 each can be cocktail or cocktail). The bartenders were also friendly. We will hopefully come again when we are in the area.

We stopped by on a weekday evening for a drink. The views over KK, the coast, and the planes flying to and from the airport are fantastic! However, the indoor area was absolutely freezing and it’s hard to imagine anyone wanting to sit inside at that temperature. We decided to move outside, which was much more comfortable weather-wise, though the seating itself was only moderately comfortable. On the bright side, the service was good and friendly. We also wanted to eat something but the pizza’s were not available and other than that there wasn’t much else. The main drawback is the layout; the rooftop platform sharing the pool and the bar feels crammed. There are hardly any sunbeds available during the day, and at night, outdoor seating is limited to just a few tables. It’s not ideal for larger groups or families unless you're willing to brave the icy indoor air. Feedback for management: It would be a great immediate fix to offer standard bar snacks like nuts or chips, as the current local snack option wasn't really to our taste.
