What a view of Phnom Penh! You'll have a 360-degree view thanks to the revolving platform, which rotates slowly so you can fully appreciate the panorama! The food is excellent, with a varied menu! A must-do at least once to see the city from this rooftop!

You go there for the view. Get there at 5.30pm and start to watch the sunset. It takes 1 hour 15 minutes approx to do a full revolution. Excellent photo opportunity.

Beautiful place. You can see all over phnom penh. We didn't eat just went for sunset though a little disappointed as it was cloudy.

I went there for sunset and it was really beautiful. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious (I had pumpkin soup and steak). Definitely worth a visit

Celeste Revolving Skybar offers one of the best panoramic views in Phnom Penh. The slow 360-degree rotation makes the dining experience truly special — you can enjoy the sunset, the river, and the city lights all in one sitting. The cocktails are beautifully presented and well balanced, and the food quality is solid — I especially enjoyed the seafood dishes and sushi set. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s expected for a place with this kind of view and atmosphere. Service is friendly, though a bit slow during peak hours. The music and lighting create a classy, relaxing vibe — perfect for a date night or catching up with friends over a drink. Overall, a memorable spot with great views, good food, and refined ambience. Worth visiting at least once when in Phnom Penh.
