Tq Baia for allowing us for switch of seats at the last min 🤗🙏 Really enjoyed the food like the Halibut and the specially curated cocktail pairing.... the interior is so lovely and calming

A truly fantastic afternoon at Baia Singapore rooftop restaurant. We opted for the set lunch menu along with drinks, and everything exceeded expectations. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and impressively priced for the quality offered. What really stood out was the excellent communication and service. We had visited beforehand and exchanged WhatsApp contacts, which made it incredibly easy to adjust our reservation time on the day to better fit our itinerary. That level of flexibility and attentiveness made the whole experience feel seamless and personal. Service was warm and welcoming throughout, and the atmosphere made it a perfect outing for our family — including our 18-year-old daughter, who thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Overall, a lovely experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely return.

The food is delicious and well presented. Staffs are really professional and friendly. It’s difficult to find such a warm dining atmosphere. The restaurant has a beautiful view. Recommended food: 1. Wagyu skirt steak 2. Duck samosas

Such a beautiful restaurant with great food at affordable prices, and an amazing view! Shoutout to Prem for his attentive service and bright smile 😊 Outdoor seats were very cooling and particularly enjoyed the skirt steak, jumbo crab pasta and tiramisu! Will definitely come back again.

Visited The Esplanade to watch the Dracula Ballet and made a reservation at Baia as a treat for my husband before the performance. Service was pleasant and ernest. We had the Menabrea Beer and Lychee Blossom cocktail for drinks. Our food included - Cod Fish Sliders which was pretty to look at but was so and so - Chicken Kebab that was nicely cooked but could have done with a bit more seasoning - Grilled Octopus served with charred Brussel sprouts, the star of the evening. Well seasoned and grilled. Overall it was a lovely dinner with a great view marred a wee bit by the rain. The standby umbrellas were very handy and I appreciated that the staff were cognizant enough to offer it to the diners. Kudos to all.

What a fantastic dining experience! 🍽️✨ We walked in without a reservation, and although it was fully booked, Catherine went the extra mile to accommodate us. She initially offered us seats at the bar, but the moment a last-minute cancellation came in, she immediately arranged a proper table for us. That thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for the evening. A big shoutout to Leila and Razi for their exceptional service throughout the meal. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing—from the perfectly cooked steak, delicious mushroom pizza, and crispy Brussels sprouts , every dish was spot on.
