Asilo is all about the experience, especially the breathtaking rooftop view. The ambience and vibe are amazing, with a great DJ adding to the overall mood. The service was good and the staff was attentive. The food was decent, but the real highlight of the place is the stunning view and the atmosphere. I would definitely visit again for the beautiful rooftop setting and the incredible vibe.

Start the evening with a drink at jazz bar downstairs, then make your way up to Asilo roof top for dinner. A large space and the ambience is beautiful, with panoramic skyline views of Mumbai all around that makes the experience feel really special. You can spot your favorite mumbai landmarks from up there. The food was delicious drinks on point. A wonderful spot for a memorable evening…definitely a place I’d visit again when I’m in town.

I Visited Asilo recently and absolutely loved the experience. Located on the 40th floor, the rooftop ambiance with the stunning city skyline views makes it a perfect spot, especially during sunset. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the drinks were equally impressive. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the entire evening feel special. Perfect place for a luxury dinner date, celebrations, or a classy night out in Mumbai. Definitely one of the best rooftop dining experiences I’ve had!

We recently visited Asilo, located on the 40th floor at The St. Regis, Lower Parel, and it’s truly one of those places that gives you a complete luxury rooftop experience. The biggest highlight here is definitely the stunning skyline view—especially during sunset, it turns into a perfect romantic and aesthetic vibe. For appetizers, we tried the Philly Cheese Roll with Sweet Chilli Sauce, which was crispy, cheesy, and super satisfying. The Smoked Chicken & Manchego Cheese Bites were rich, smoky, and packed with flavour. In the main course, the Herbaceous Cottage Cheese Steak was beautifully cooked with fresh herby flavours, while the Caribbean Style Jerk Chicken had a nice spicy kick and was juicy and well-balanced. For desserts, the Tiramisu was classic, creamy, and indulgent. The Triple Sec Volcano with Vanilla Ice Cream was a showstopper—warm, chocolaty, and paired perfectly with the ice cream. Their mocktails like Cranberry Sour, Virgin Mary, and Virgin Forest G&T were refreshing and well-presented. The service and management were smooth and attentive, adding to the overall experience. If you’re in Lower Parel and looking for a perfect sunset spot or a date night place, Asilo is definitely a bucket list destination.
