Beautiful rooftop overlooking the surrounding views of the city. Pretty extensive menu offerings. I did expect better service from the staff to be working at a bar attached to a five star hotel. The staff seemed annoyed that we didn’t order alcohol. One employee even said “No” to one of our orders and used all types of hand gestures while claiming that one person in our party did not order enough. That’s unacceptable behavior. As a non-drinker, this is not an inviting feeling, regardless of if I’m in a space where most patrons probably do drink alcohol. For a little street bar, I wouldn’t be overly surprised, but for a five star hotel bar, the service should remain professional for everyone who visits.

We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our large group feel so well taken care of. The DJ played some amazing tunes that really added to the lively atmosphere. And the food and drinks? Simply divine – each bite and sip was a delight! Honestly, it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a memorable outing!

5/5 Breath taking city view, great cocktail choices, fantastic staff - you can't ask for more than this in PP. The atmosphere of the restaurant is truly wonderful. From the top, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. The cocktail suggested by the bartender was truly fantastic. I can't wait to visit again.

Unbeatable vibes tonight at Above Eleven! 🌆 We headed up to the 28th floor just in time to catch the magic hour, and watching the sunset fade into the sparkling night skyline of Phnom Penh was absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic views are truly next level. To top it all off, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. A fantastic experience all around. 🍸🍹🥂

Above eleven is one of my favorite rooftops in the city. Me being a latina couldn’t resist to go and try the food: it’s Peruvian and Japanese. During the night I went I was able to meet the chef: Franklin. He is from Peru and he came to Cambodia to make sure this restaurant has the best ceviche in the country. No doubt. It’s delicious but not only the ceviche… all the dishes! And the dessert is great as well. This rooftop has two levels and a private area. Very comfortable, spacious and all the staff is just amazing! Thank you for having a little piece of Latin America in Cambodia!

Had a great time at one of the best rooftops in Phnom Penh! The food was delicious, as usual. This time I also got to try their superfood salad. I ordered it as a side dish but the portion turned out to be huge! Loved it though, a perfect amount of sauce, well-balanced fresh ingredients. For drinks my favorite is their signature cocktail Chilcano - try it out if you like sour taste. The view is just amazing, no additional comments needed. The service is always perfect, staff are attentive, quick and speak English well.
