The male waiters are really annoying, they've never worked professionally, have they?

I was here a week ago and was kicked out because I had a reservation. The rules are unclear and all the waiters, especially the guys, have no manners! I don't want to come back! I'm fed up.

Stayed at Nostoi and had the chance to visit NORU on the rooftop, it was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The panoramic city view was beautiful, especially as the sun went down, and the ambience struck the perfect balance between stylish and relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind with a drink, enjoy the skyline, and simply soak in the atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Jakarta.

The view from this lounge is really nice, especially at night, and it's definitely the main reason people come here. I visited on a Saturday night and had to spend a minimum of 150k per person. The food was disappointing and definitely overpriced. The drinks menu was also quite limited, so there weren't many options. The lounge itself is quite small, so it can get crowded pretty quickly. As for the service, I'd only rate it 2/5. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't friendly or attentive either. Overall, the view is the highlight, but everything else left a lot to be desired.

This place was amazing. Really good city views. Prices were reasonable and the food was good, but not great. Would go again just for the atmosphere. There is good street food nearby too.

Another episode of my rooftop lounge/cafe adventure..Noru rooftop lounge has good vibes and nice design, especially the bar that is placed on the centre and looking on the city lights.. I did not try the food but out or courtesy I will assume it is as expected from a cafe / lounge .. The only complain I have is that this lounge is not located on the main street and have minimal parking space .not to mention it is on top a hotel , thus you might have difficulties parking .they do provide valet services though..

Overall nice experience with excellent view. Food was decently good, i had shrimp salsa pasta for dinner and it tasted good, the nachos i had during my evening drink at the bar is excellent though. Service was excellent on the bar side, boyo and yoske kept me company for my evening drink and provided me with excellent service, super friendly and good at making drinks. Service for dinner was regular, they did what they're supposed to properly in serving the drinks and food. You get a 180 panaromic view of the city skylights from this bar which is a big+, as long as it doesn't rains. Definetely will come back once in a while if im in jakarta.
