I had a wonderful experience at the Sky Lounge! ✨ The ambiance was beautiful, the views were absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening. A special mention to the wait staff( Nick, Reemo, and Netto, ) they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit and added such a lovely touch to the whole experience. Overall, it was a memorable experience with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the Sky Lounge and would happily come back again! ❤️

We visited this restaurant yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, which was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The food and drinks were excellent, and everything was beautifully prepared and served. A special mention goes to the staff, especially Sudarshan and Nansu, who made our visit even more enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our time there. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again soon! 😊

If you’re looking for a place that combines breathtaking views with genuine warmth, Level 43 Sky Lounge is it. From the moment the elevator doors opened and the Dubai skyline unfolded before me, I knew this was going to be a special evening. What truly set the experience apart, though, wasn’t just the stunning panoramic views or the expertly crafted cocktails it was the people. Our hostess, Nann Su, was an absolute gem. She greeted us with the kind of warm, genuine smile that immediately makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. She was attentive without being intrusive, thoughtful in her recommendations, and went out of her way to make sure every detail of our evening was perfect. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that energy is contagious. The atmosphere itself is electric yet refined perfect for a date night, a celebration, or simply unwinding after a long day in the city. The drinks menu is creative and beautifully presented, and the sunset views from up there are honestly some of the best in Dubai. Level 43 has earned a permanent spot on my list of favourite spots in the city, and a big part of that is thanks to Nann Su and the rest of the wonderful team. If you visit and you absolutely should ask for her. You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful time! The music, food, and cocktails were all amazing. But I especially want to thank Vivi for her outstanding help and service. I was able to enjoy such a great evening because of her. She truly made our experience special.

An outstanding experience at Level 43 Sky Lounge. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the ambiance is classy yet relaxed, and the drinks were perfectly crafted—especially the Paloma. What truly elevated the night was the exceptional service by Mr. Nikhil. He was attentive, professional, and made the experience feel genuinely special. His warm hospitality and attention to detail turned my birthday night into a memorable one. Highly recommended.
