Very large resort. If you book a room in the adults-only area, it's a long walk to the beautiful Pak Weep beach. However, there are plenty of buggies available. Two restaurants offer a buffet breakfast. One is located in the adults-only area but is unfortunately also used by families with small children.

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel , the staff were amazing. Especially Chon the golf buggy driver. Also the on site entertainment man with guitar was so talented and did an amazing mix. On site pools were all good . The location was stunning and the on site beach was like a tropical paradise 😍. With cheaper beer and food The breakfast was brilliant and so much choice with lovely coffee ☕️. However the food at hotel was below par , and there weren't any late bars. All closed at midnight and as is far from town costs a lot in taxis. The hotel shuttle bus should be on later Especially on market nights and there should be a disco on site open until 1 or 2.

It’s a nice hotel and the Adult Only Zone is very quiet however the cleanliness of the room was my biggest issue. Housekeeping was not cleaning the room properly; there was a pile of dust under the bed and the sofa and when you have allergies like me, you could feel it through the AC. We ended up having to switch the AC off because it would make my allergy way worse. They kept forgetting to change our towels or would give us half what we were meant to have. They also forgot to renew our water bottles so we had to ask. The staff is lovely even though they don’t understand every request but most of them understand a bit of English. The buggy drivers are very nice and hard working, they seem to be going non stop. Breakfast was big with lots of options and the difference restaurants onsite or right on the beach are really good and affordable. The hotel is 20mins from the city center but there’s a free shuttle bus from the hotel which is very handy. Don’t expect clear water at the beach, it’s bad visibility so for clear water you should travel to the islands.

Really good and cozy hotel. We stayed in the adult section and it was really quiet and nice there. Can really recommend this hotel, but the best thing was the staff, so friendly and accommodating.

Left my credit card as deposit, never got it back at checkout. Also, pirate ship at kids pool has nails sticking out and water slide is quite dangerous. A young woman nearly flew out and hurt herself

I stayed in the adults only section which was amazing. You still have to have breakfast in the family area but seeing all the miserable looking parents with their 1000-yard stare reminds you life is good in the adults only end away from screaming meat sirens. The hotel was spotless and food excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The WiFi works. There is an army of staff maintaining the hotel but none of them have to correct tools for the job. If they had the proper tools, jobs could be done in a fraction of the time. My only complaint was that in the relaxing adults only pool, the bar was staffed by what seemed like a child who decided to play rubbish music from his tinny phone speakers one morning. He stopped when asked, to the relief of everyone round the pool.
