I barely ever complain or leave bad reviews for restaurants, but today’s experience was honestly so disappointing — especially because it was my birthday. From the moment we sat down, we were simply asked, “Still or sparkling water?” There was no introduction or explanation of the menu at all until I specifically asked. A gentleman eventually came over to explain it, but he spoke so quickly that it felt rushed rather than welcoming. What really ruined the experience was the service throughout the meal. One of the service staff was REALLY rude and unfriendly, with no smile or warmth whatsoever. The restaurant was also very quiet as it was a Monday lunch, so I really couldn’t understand why the service felt so impatient and unpleasant. The worst part was when we ordered dessert. A lady brought out a dessert with a birthday candle, but didn’t even say “Happy Birthday” or acknowledge the occasion. She placed it down with such an unhappy expression that it honestly felt like I owed her a million dollars. 😅 We spent $455 on this lunch, and I certainly wasn’t expecting special treatment just because it was my birthday

Came here for the first time, food and ambience was amazing! Althou a miscommunicate with the last orders, we didn’t get our food but it was a blessing in disguise as we got full. But Shak who attending to us with amazing services decide to turn it up a notch by surprising us with some desserts and drinks. 11/10 service! Would highly recommend this place!

We had such an amazing experience at SUSHISAMBA Singapore, and a big thank you to Farid for taking such good care of us! He was extremely professional, attentive and friendly, and his recommendation of the dishes was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the A5 Wagyu Striploin — incredibly juicy, tender and beautifully cooked. It was honestly one of the best dishes we had that evening. The Pineapple dessert was also perfect for my wife’s birthday and such a lovely way to end our meal. Everything from the food to the service made our celebration extra special. Thank you, Farid, for making our night so memorable. We left extremely happy and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic experience especially with Farid and the team! The service was excellent from start to finish. Farid was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely took pride in his work. His recommendations were spot on and definitely deserve a 5-star rating. The whole team was professional, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable and welcoming. It is refreshing to see a team that takes such pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their customers. I was very impressed with the overall experience and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great service and a wonderful experience!

The location is simply spectacular with a breathtaking atmosphere. The service team was fantastic—extremely friendly, attentive, and always on point. The food was an absolute feast: the sushi selection was unbelievably fresh, creative, and packed with flavor. A massive highlight was the grilled sirloin (Beiried)—melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked to perfection, and absolute perfection! The vibrant Samba dancers made the night complete, bringing an amazing energy and party vibe to the venue. A fantastic combination of sublime food, top-tier service, and world-class entertainment.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at SushiSamba Singapore and had such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was buzzing, the view is amazing and the samba dancers got everyone on their feet, making the celebration special The food was excellent, especially the sushi rolls, ceviche, grilled pork belly, and the beautiful birthday dessert platter that made my mom feel extra special. A big thank you to Navin for taking such great care of us throughout the evening, and to Nic for crafting fantastic cocktails. Their hospitality really made the night unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

What a fantastic spot for a birthday celebration! The atmosphere is vibrant and the samba dancers added such a great energy to the night. Highlights from the menu were the steak that was cooked to perfection, and the succulent pork belly. Also, those churro balls had no business being that good. The hospitality was top-notch; Navin took incredible care of us and made the night feel so special. We also tried the special limited-edition cocktails made in collaboration with Sol de Janeiro, and bartender Nick crafted them to perfection. Safe to say my mom had the best time. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
