Had a great experience at Ozora Restaurant. It is a beautiful rooftop restaurant with a fantastic ambience and stylish decoration. One of the biggest highlights is the rooftop setting, where you can enjoy a lovely panoramic view while dining, making the overall experience really enjoyable and memorable. The food quality is excellent, especially the Continental dishes, which I really enjoyed. The taste and presentation were impressive and definitely added to the experience. However, I felt that the portion size is a little small considering the price, and the restaurant is on the expensive side. In my opinion, for middle-class diners, it may be more suitable as a one-time experience rather than a regular dining option. 😊 That said, I genuinely loved the ambience, rooftop views, and food quality, and overall, it was a great dining experience. Definitely worth visiting at least once to enjoy the atmosphere and beautiful setting.

Had an amazing experience at Ozora! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was prompt and very welcoming, and the ambiance was truly mind-blowing. The atmosphere is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Every dish was well prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Stunning views marred by poor hospitality and "transactional" service. I visited Ozora for my anniversary, and while the city views and food were excellent, the front-of-house experience was incredibly disappointing. I had booked a table via the District app but arrived late. While I completely understood that my original booking was void and willingly paid the cover charges for a fresh walk-in booking, the receptionist (wearing glasses) was dismissive and had a significant attitude. After being made to wait 30 minutes (which I also accepted), it became clear that the staff treats guests like "billing machines" rather than patrons. Despite the booking clearly stating it was our anniversary, the milestone was completely ignored. No acknowledgement, no small gesture—just a lack of due diligence toward their customers. The Good: The high-rise rooftop ambience is awesome. The food tastes great, service time is efficient, and the floor staff inside were actually quite polite and professional. The Bad: The "front face" of the restaurant is cold and transactional. If you're looking for a personal touch for a special occasion, you might want to look elsewhere.

This is the best rooftop cafe in Kolkata. Rs 1000 is the entry fee for each person and also you can redeem the 1000 rupees by buying food or drinks. So basically 1000 rupees is the cover charge. Also the food quality here is excellent and varitie is extravagant. The staff here is very polite welcoming and professional. The waiting time is not too long the scenic view is outstanding here

I recently visited this lovely spot with my family, and we had a wonderful time! The ambience was truly amazing, especially the rooftop area, which offered a breathtaking view of Kolkata. The food was delicious and the presentation and quality made up for it. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive, making our experience even more memorable. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Sourav, who provided exceptional service. He was polite, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. His hospitablity was top-notch, and I would definitely give him a 5-star rating! Overall, it's a great place to hang out with friends, colleagues, or family, enjoy the view, and spend a relaxing day.
