Every dish was prepared with care, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Micholas provided excellent service and was incredibly lovely and welcoming. I'll definitely come again.

I dined at Morton's today, and the service from Nicholas was exceptionally professional, attentive, and friendly. From introducing the menu to attending to every detail of the meal, he was incredibly considerate, making me feel right at home. Thank you, Morton, for having such excellent service staff; it made my dining experience truly enjoyable.

This dinner at this steakhouse was a very disappointing experience overall. Neither the food nor the service met the standards expected for this price range. First, the food. With an average cost of around 3,000-4,000 yuan per person, I had high expectations for the steak, but it was quite ordinary. The beef was tough, and the fat was greasy, lacking the tenderness and layers of flavor expected of a premium steak. Overall, the meal was simply mediocre, and even felt completely disproportionate to the price. The service was also disappointing. After being seated, the staff only provided the menu and poured water, without proactively introducing the dishes, dining style, or specialties. I only received information after asking another staff member, which I could accept. However, during the meal, when my friends at the table needed more water, there was no one to be found; the plates on the table were already piled high, and no one came to clear them. What I found most unacceptable was the billing process. I had no intention of staying any longer and just wanted to pay and leave, but I couldn't find any staff to assist me. I waited at my seat for about five minutes, but no one came. I had to get up and look for a server myself, only to be told, "Please wait a moment." I had already waited five minutes just to pay and leave, but I was expected to continue waiting – it was truly incomprehensible. At a restaurant where the average cost per person is 3,000-4,000 yuan, I expected more than just good ingredients; I expected a complete dining experience, including food quality, service details, and staff arrangements. However, both the food and the service fell far short of my expectations, even making me feel that it was inferior to many steakhouses where the average cost per person is 500-600 yuan. This dining experience was disappointing, and I have no desire to return.

Wonderful view, great atmosphere, perfect drinks. Nicolas was very attentive and helpful throughout the evening. We will certainly be returning for another round at sunset!

Steak and lobster was great. Staff were attentive which made the service fees worth it. They would even offer to take a picture of you. The view of the restaurant was amazing at night. The place is good for romantic dates. Great food and service. Quite busy during the Lunar New Year Holiday.

Best rooftop in Taipei. Go there ask to check the terrace / balcony and enjoy by just ordering water for instance. The view is absolutely fantastic and the staff super friendly. Highly recoooo

Amazing dining place! The food was delicious, and we received incredible service from Linus!!! Celebrated my birthday dinner here and had a great experience. Amazing view facing Taipei 101. Loved the service; Linus was so patient explaining the menu to us and taking care of our dinner throughout. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice dining area for a special occasion.

Thank you Morton’s Steakhouse for an incredible dinner last weekend! As first-time guests, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. Special kudos to Carter and Amii for taking such great care of us throughout our meal. The food was outstanding, and the whole evening was absolutely delightful.

Had a blast celebrating our 21st anniversary together with our kids at Morton’s over the weekend. Besides the amazing view and delicious steaks, oysters and crab cakes, we were most grateful for the thoughtfulness from the staff. We were welcomed by a specially prepared menu to celebrate the anniversary. Our host, Min was also incredibly thoughtful for the kids, and even invited us to the balcony for a photo opp, that was printed into a specially crafted photo frame autographed by the whole staff. It was truly a heartwarming experience, and I’d certainly recommend anyone celebrating a special occasion with a special someone to check it out.
