Great food, amazing view, and excellent service! The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing night out. One of my favorite sky bars in Phnom Penh. Will definitely come back again!

5/5 I have been to Eclipse Sky Bar a few times. It offers a great view and a large rooftop area where you can relax on the couch and take in the city lights at night. They serve good cocktails, and the staff are friendly. I spent 2-3 hours here and felt completely at ease.

Visited for sunset and it had beautiful views, and surprised to find we had the place nearly to ourselves so it felt like a hidden gem. 30th% off HH between 5-7pm in time. I can definitely recommend the Lychee Martinis. It had an extensive food menu, but we already had plans to eat elsewhere so did not try.

We just came for sunset drinks and dessert. The clouds and distant rain prevented a sunset, but the 360° views were well worth it. Dragon mocktail was tasty and our chocolate desserts were delicious.

Apart from a pretty great view of the Phnom Penh city, this place did not have much to offer. The cocktails and food was average. Still a nice place to chill with friends if you want to grab some quick drinks.
